A Little Bit About
My work has been focused in the Health and Safety of People for many years. This is reflected in my Work as a Chartered Safety and Health Practitioner following 27 plus years as an Officer in the Fire Service.
However, I am also passionate about helping people deal with all sorts of other issues, be it associated with Work, Social Issues or those Goals that you set but never quite achieve.
OmOy is a simple abbreviation of the phrase -
One Mind - One You.
Something that I believe in is that "you are your thoughts (only what you think)", and if it is true that you only have ultimate control over your thoughts and your actions, then the concept of OmOy is doubly important and equally true.
I have spent the last 20 plus years teaching and helping people better themselves in the fields of Fire and Safety Management. A few years ago I became more and More Interested in the Human Condition and Mindfulness, Training in Human Psychology, Hypnotherapy, NLP Practitioner and Life Coaching.
I have had my own share of Issues to deal with throughout my life, so when we talk together it is highly Likely that I know where your angst is coming from due to my own experiences and have walked a similar path (Good and Bad, Enjoyable, Emotionally and Physically Stressful).
If you are one of those people that want to make Positive, Healthy and Proactive Changes in your Life but can't seem to grasp the concept of how - I can help you.
I am a Qualified and Registered NLP Life Skills Coach and will work closely with you to help you realise your goals using a variety of techniques.

Our Personal Contract/Charter between us will be that:
- WE will work as a Team
- You will work Hard on and be Committed to the New You
- We will both Respect Client/Coach Confidentiality
- WE both will Respect each others time - We will be on time for our sessions and attend each session unless otherwise agreed
- WE will both Respect one another's views (not that you'll get much of my view - This is about YOU
- WE will agree a time frame to work from - (Immediate results are not always guaranteed, some of this work may take YOUR commitment for years).
- WE will to speak out if we don't think that the scheme is working - or one or the other party doesn't think that it will work out working together.
- WE will constantly evaluate progress - If one method doesn't appear to be working we will try another until we succeed.
- There will be NO FAILURE - Only feedback, when something doesn't work we will try another path without procrastination.
- I will Teach you Simple Techniques that you can use for the Rest of your Life
- If I think you need a different approach that I feel I am unable to offer - I will be Honest with you.
Coaching is NOT Therapy, however it takes a lot of commitment to ensure that you reach your desired Goals - Sometimes We have to discuss the "Bigger Picture" - For Instance what will it look like when you reach your goal - How will you know when your Goal is Reached - Who else might be affected by the Changes you Desire -
Remember - OmOy - YOU CAN make the changes and REACH the GOALS that YOU WANT to make your life GREAT - If you don't make plans - others will make them for you, or you will find yourself fitting into their plans.
